THREE PILLARS

Built on what matters in salah, not what gamifies it.

Istiqama starts from the Qur'anic idea of the straight path — consistency without extremes, effort without exhaustion, presence without performance.

Log gently اسْتِقَامَة

Tap to log each salah, and get a reminder a few minutes before it if you want one, with quiet hours for the night. Missed a prayer? Mark it as qadha when you make it up. No guilt messages.

Visualize the path الطريق

A GitHub-style heatmap of your consistency. See weeks, months, years at a glance — and notice the patterns that emerge in your own worship.

Pray on time, anywhere مِيقَات

Prayer times for where you are, using your calculation method, Asr rule and a high-latitude adjustment. A qibla compass and a dua of the day sit on the same screen.

A day in Istiqama

Five times, one day.

Scroll through a day the way it's prayed, from first light to night.

الفجر

Fajr

First light, before sunrise

The day starts with remembrance, before anything else asks for you.

الظهر

Dhuhr

Just after midday

A pause at the busiest hour to step back from work and turn to Allah.

العصر

Asr

Late afternoon

As the light softens, a reminder that the day is passing.

المغرب

Maghrib

Just after sunset

The sun goes down and the day closes with three units of prayer.

العشاء

Isha

Night

The last prayer before rest, ending the day the way it began.

FIVE STOPS

Five stops on one long path.

Each arch is a prayer. They stand in a line the way your day does — and the way your life does. Miss one and the others still hold the path.

أَحَبُّ الأَعْمَالِ إِلَى اللَّهِ أَدْوَمُهَا وَإِنْ قَلَّ

“The most beloved of deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are small.”
The Prophet ﷺ, narrated by Aisha · Sahih al-Bukhari 6464 · Sahih Muslim 783

وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا

Four intentions that shape every pixel.

These aren’t features. They’re how we decide what Istiqama is allowed to become.

01 · Sukun

No points. No badges. No shame.

One missed day doesn't erase anything. It shows up honestly in your year, and your year keeps going.

02 · Amanah

Your data stays yours.

No ads and no tracking cookies. Export everything or delete your account whenever you want.

03 · Ilm

Times you can check.

Choose your calculation method and Asr rule. Istiqama shows which ones it uses instead of hiding them.

04 · Sadaqah

Free stays free.

The tracker, heatmap, prayer times, qibla and reminders are free for everyone. Pro only ever adds extras on top.

Questions

Asked and answered

Is Istiqama free?

Yes. The prayer tracker, the heatmap, prayer times, the qibla compass, the dua of the day and reminders are free, with no ads. A Pro plan with extra reminder channels is planned; joining its waitlist is optional.

How are prayer times calculated?

From the location you set, using the calculation method you choose (Muslim World League, ISNA, Egyptian, Umm al-Qura or Karachi) and your madhab's rule for Asr. Above high latitudes, where the sun doesn't set far enough for Fajr and Isha, you pick how they're estimated.

What if I miss a prayer?

You can mark a prayer as prayed while its time is open. Once its time has passed, you can log it as qadha when you make it up, for today or yesterday. The Qadha page lists what's still outstanding, without counting it against you.

Will it remind me to pray?

If you turn on notifications, Istiqama reminds you a few minutes before each prayer, as many minutes ahead as you choose. Quiet hours keep the night silent.

Does it work on my phone and offline?

Yes. Istiqama runs in the browser and installs like an app on Android, iPhone and desktop. Prayers you log offline are saved on the device and sync when you're back online.

Which languages does it support?

English, Bahasa Indonesia and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout for Arabic.

What happens to my data?

It's used only to show your own prayers back to you. There are no ads and no tracking cookies. You can export everything, or delete your account and its data, from Settings at any time.
