Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or otherwise use Istiqama, a product of SYZi Labs, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. By using Istiqama you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.
What Istiqama is
A personal prayer companion: prayer times calculated for your location, prayer and reflection logging, and optional reminders. It is not a source of religious rulings. The calculation method and madhab settings are configuration options we offer so the app matches how you already pray — not a religious endorsement of any one school of thought over another. When in doubt, defer to your local mosque or a qualified source, especially at high latitudes or during unusual conditions.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at contact@syairozi.com if you think someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, scrape, or abuse the service; don't use it to harass anyone; don't attempt to access another user's account or data; don't use it for anything unlawful.
Paid plans
Some features require a Pro plan, purchased and processed through Midtrans. What you're buying, the price, and how long the access lasts are shown before you pay. Refunds are handled case by case — email us at contact@syairozi.com.
Your content
Your prayer logs and journal entries are yours. We store them to provide the service back to you — we don't read them for any other purpose, sell them, or use them for advertising.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, or to protect the security of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes — the date at the top will change too. Continuing to use Istiqama after a change means you accept the update.
Disclaimer
Istiqama is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Prayer time calculations are estimates based on standard astronomical methods and the location, method, and madhab you configure — always defer to local mosque announcements or a qualified source when in doubt.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
